Ashlee's room

We have a spacious 3 bedroom 1 and a 1/2 bath townhouse. With a fire place, as well as a washer and dryer in the unit, we also have a communal pool on the property. The house is fully furnished, so you would only need to furnish your room. We also have personal heating In each room of the house. Along with a renovated kitchen with a new Samsung dishwasher, and electric stove. We also have a fenced in patio, with a spacious storage house. The room for rent is on the second floor of the townhouse and is 12 feet by 10 feet with a large window in the room.

We are two college girls that both go to school full time and are working. We are super friendly and love to meet new people. We like to keep the house clean and organized and make the place feel like a home. We are super I to open communication, and want a chill vibe for the house. One of us is super into reading, movie nights, cooking, and art. The other is into fitness, shopping, and going new places.
