Neighborhood has 4 community pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, green areas, walking paths and community lakes. Renter gets access card for community amenities.

We are a married couple with 6 kids, 2 live with us full time, rest part time. We are sane, educated, family oriented and career professionals. We are super active with kids and work and always on the go. Current renter is a single mom with 1 kid and has loved the place but is getting married and moving out. She will be out end of June.
