Room available in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1,100 sq ft. home in North Lauderdale. The house is located in a neighborhood with nearby shopping, not too far from Hwy Macnab and Hwy University dr. a quick drive to Coral Springs and many bicycle and walking trails nearby.

PROXIMITY: Nearby Macnab  - 5 mins University Hwy  - 5 minutes Walmart, Publix 5 minutes or less Mall Coral Springs – 10 mins

Room: ($1200 per month):12’x16’ . This is the MASTER BEDROOM. It is completely empty. It has a closet with sliding doors and a top shelf for storage. This has twice the closet space of the other two rooms. Someone with a lot of clothing or a queen or king size bed will benefit from this room. Very nice after a long day of work to come to a quiet space and fall asleep peacefully. :) Again, the master bedroom is really enjoyable.

WHAT YOU GET: Inside Room -Ceiling Fan Light fixture -Freshly Painted -Large sliding door closet -Private bathroom ||| Remodeled in the last year and is very modern and is a relaxing place to freshen up/bathe

• Living Room - Dining room - Kitchen has been remodeled within the last year with granite countertops and is BEAUTIFUL.
• Washer/Dryer on site - Dishwasher - Refrigerator - Garbage disposal - Microwave
• Spacious kitchen - Gas Stove/Oven
• Parking on property
• Ceiling fan in room - Blinds

LEASE TERMS: Month to month with signed lease and roommate agreement. Security deposit equal to one month’s rent. ($1200). I will not do a six-month or 1 year lease because life changes quickly and you might want to move to Barbados within the next year :-).

PLEASE NOTE: If you do not have the security deposit and first month’s rent saved up ($2400) please do not contact me. I need someone mature and who is able to save money and who is serious in order to proceed to have you as a roommate.

Rent is adjusted for couples extra $300

Cost of electricity will be shared Water is included

I’m hoping to find:

• responsible person that pays rent on time
• individual who can keep a clean house
• peaceful, mellow person to share the house

What I’m NOT looking for: -party animals |||| our house is QUIET and I mean quiet after 9pm. I wake up at nearly 5am each day so this environment is not conducive to someone who enjoys loud noise at night. -passive aggressive people |||| my roommates know, if there is a problem, we sit at the dinner table and discuss it as mature adults, I do not need any adult children living in this house -messy, messy people |||| when finished in the kitchen, clean it
