Southwest Hillcrest Road

I’m looking for a respectable and clean roommate, I have a 2 bed 1 bath house with a two car garage. I also have two dogs and two cats which you will have to respect and treat very kindly. I would prefer a female roommate as I am also female but open to males also. The room come furnished with a bed and dresser I do not have any couches only a dinning table. No central ac but there are two window a/cs and it usually stays pretty cool and heating vents. I am also asking that you sign a contract that says you’ll stay till next April and after that it becomes month to month. You will also need references and have to pass a background check
