Hello my name is Vanessa, I am the current renter in one of the rooms and Tess (the owner ask me to make a posting) Let me know if you have any questions. Tess is seeking out 2 Female roomates. The town home is located in a gated area in North Hills, 10 mins from Cal state Northridge, easy access to the 405 freeway. There is security and cameras to ensure your safety. The two rooms being rented out are right next to each other and have a shared Bathroom. There is an additional restroom downstairs that can be used if the shared bathroom is occupied. The owner’s name is Tess. She’s filipino and a nurse. She works a lot but on her days off you will see her cooking in the kitchen or watching TV. She likes to keep her home clean and needs to live with people who can do the same. Tess stays in the 3rd bedroom (master bedroom) on the opposite side of the two bedrooms being rented out.
