There is shared bath w/ tub (shared with one other person, I have my own) and a half bathroom downstairs. The room is unfurnished, has a window with trees outside and small closet. There is some storage upstairs, the rest of the house is furnished but can be changed and shared between everyone: kitchen, dining room, living room, small patio and small side yard. There are three cats here, indoor/outdoor, no other pets. In an HOA, quiet, safe w/ community pool.

Walking distance from shopping, restaurants, 10 min drive to Concord BART, nice neighborhood, quiet, trees, close to open space, parks. Drive to Oakland about 45 min low traffic, to SF about 60 min.

Move in is first month of $1000 plus 1/3 of the security deposit which is $833/per person. Utilities not included are gas/electric, garbage, water, internet to be shared three ways and vary month to month.

Looking for a quiet, responsible, mature and employed adult (students fine) who is stable with proof of income (should be 3x rent), good credit, rental reference. Prefer minimal or no substance use, no smoking in the house. Will need to apply with landlord and sign 6 mos lease min. Must pass background check, (do no apply if you have a criminal record, prior evictions, DUIs, etc).

If you are interested answer the following questions about yourself then I can decide about moving forward to a phone call.

  1. When are you able to move?
  2. Are you working currently and if so what is your average monthly income and what are you doing? Do you work from home?
  3. Are you able to sign a 6 month lease?
  4. Do you have good credit?
  5. What is your basic lifestyle, habits, what are you looking for in a new home? Thanks!

About the roomies

I have lived in the Bay Area since 1996, in Concord since 2016. I am currently studying for my marriage and family therapist license and working from home but hope to get an office again soon. I have two cats and like to hike, watch movies and enjoy cooking some.
