About the room
This newly remodeled 3,022sf home is located at thunderbird and 75th Ave in Peoria. It backs up to Sweetwater Park that has tennis courts, playground and walking path. I have 2 rooms available with a shared bathroom. Cable TV, water and garbage is included, electric fees up to a certain point. Parking is free unless you want to use the garage.
About the roomies
I am in and out of town and looking for roommates to share the costs. This is a nice quiet neighborhood and no partying is allowed at this house. Gatherings on the back patio and hanging out in the hot tub is fine but Peoria city noise ordinance requires quiet hours from 9pm to 7am.
