Casey's room

This is an updated 4 bedroom house in North Phoenix area- close to 32nd ST and Cactus. Walking distance to local bars/restaurants, hiking trails, and less than 5 miles to the shops/restaurants at Scottsdale Quarter/Kierland. Located on a quiet street. We have a spacious backyard with a pool and a washer/dryer in the house.

BEDROOM Spacious bedroom with a large closet, ceiling fan, and lots of natural light.

OFFICE You will have access to a private second bedrooms to use as you’d like; our previous roommate used this room as a living room/WFH office.

BATHROOM You will have your own private bathroom right next to your room.

We enjoy traveling, spending time with friends, and hiking. I work for the Phx FD and my partner works for a public charter school network. We have 2 small, friendly indoor cats. We generally do not have guests over and are easygoing people.

IDEAL ROOMMATE Looking for a young professional or student who would fit in with the above, is easy going and won’t trash the house, and intends to be around for at least 6 months or so. Preferably not a cigarette-smoker.

UTILITIES Utilities are a flat $100/month, and include wifi, water, gas, electricity, trash/sewage.
