The townhome: A 216 sq. ft. bedroom with a double closet, a south facing window that includes a reading seat with ample natural light. This bedroom is available in a large, 2200 sq. ft. 4 bedroom 3 bath townhome in KCMO. The bedroom is available furnished or unfurnished. A shared full bath, with tub/shower is located directly across the hall. There is also an additional half bath located in the entryway. We have a large eat in kitchen with dishwasher, dining room, living room, family room, washer & dryer, a private patio, central AC, Internet, etc. Great street and visitor parking. Utilities (water, trash, sewage, Internet) are included in the lease. Gas and electric are split evenly among tenants. The location: The townhome is located near I-435 & Wornall, with easy access to I-435. It is 10 min from Waldo, 10 min from Town Center, and 15 min to the Plaza and UMKC. It is located near some great bicycle riding trails that go for miles.

The roommate (Me): Late 20s Male. I am a full-time employee & currently studying for a Finance and Accounting degree. I have a girlfriend but she does not reside here. I am a clean and tidy person that will make sure to pick up after myself. I enjoy watching movies, cooking, and being outdoors doing almost anything. I am an avid cyclist who would be happy to find a riding buddy. I do have one well-behaved cat (Willie) that is taken care of by myself completely and his adorable sister (dog) named Winnie.

Roommate 2: Mid twenties Professional teacher who also keeps tidy and keeps to himself. Travels often. Very respectful.
