I feel like I would live best with a male, late-20s to early 40s. Looking for a clean, quiet, professional, or grad student housemate for a home in Woodfin/Elk Mountain Rd.

Your room already comes furnished but can be arranged to remove for your items if needed. The hallway bathroom would be shared between two housemates. Currently the second housemate works nights and is sleeping through the day. The temperature is kept comfortable year-round. The kitchen is stocked with the basics and newly renovated for your cooking needs. Looking for move in beginning of December.

It’s an older house, and it shows in places but it’s clean, quiet, and friendly.. home is a place to feel comfortable, stress free, drama free, open minded, judgment free, and relaxing.

Overnight guests mostly limited to family visiting from out of town, things like that or a partner once or twice a week (i.e. don’t bring randoms home from the bar or try to basically move your romantic partner into the place).

Monthly rent includes utilities (within reason that you are respectful of water and electricity use), laundry, wifi, Netflix, Hulu.

security deposit is actually last month rent. You can pay last month and get that back as a security deposit when you leave. Or just let that be your last month. Month-to-month lease, with 30 day notice if you plan to vacate. I will need a background check and paystub.

I am a male in my mid-30s working from home 90% of the time. ISFJ. LQBTQ+ friendly. Currently have 2 small dogs and would consider another animal if they all got along. The neighbors are very quiet and like that we would keep it that way. Expected to keep up with cleaning after yourself and I would do the same. And help with normal maintenance like mowing and keeping the home presentable.
