Hello! My friend and I (we are both in our 20s) rent a house together in Ken Caryl and we recently had two friends move out, vacating two rooms in the house. We are busy professionals, I’m a landscape architect, currently working full-time and attending classes. My friend is a manager and often works long hours. I have one cat, Romeo, a very friendly and happy siamese, and very hypoallergenic. I’m at my girlfriend’s house some of the weeks, and she spends time at our house some nights as well, she is also a professional in tech. We love to do outdoor things, biking, hiking, snowboarding, and traveling. During the week when we aren’t working, we sit down or go out for a movie and sports watching and are a generally laid-back crew. Please reach out if you think this would be a good fit for you!

Utilities are not included in rent but are generally no more than 100-125 after we split. If we can find a 4th roomie we can bring costs down even more. We have laundry in the downstairs bathroom, we have a whole living room on the lower floor (split level house) for tv and office use, and beautiful views from the deck.
