Has a decent sized kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, fridge, sink and I have a microwave and large living room. Has a balcony. The bathroom has a tube and shower head. Connected to the bathroom is the laundry machines. Two bedrooms one would be mine a smaller room. You would have the larger room and paying for the larger room.

I am a veterinary technician I work full time for 12 hour shifts. I do have two cats but they are restricted to only my room. I am 25 male. I am very respectful and allow you to do what you want. The total rent is $1550 but will split between me and you. We both pay $775. You would be taking over pervious roommates lease. We had the lease done in April and it’s good for a year. Apartment complex is Rockwood Apartments in Coeur d’Alene and is pet friendly. Complex also has a pool and gym. The complex website has pictures of rooms. Also would like a date for you to see the room and living area. The pictures aren’t the exact apartment but similar set up.
