Renting this spacious room with a Jack and Jill bathroom connected. Room comes with closet and ceiling fan, as well as AC. No eating will be allowed in the room, as well as no smoking. Tenet will get space in the fridge for own groceries. Must be clean, pick up after themselves, and respectful to the other Tenet in the building. Property is in a gated community with pools and hot tub available for use . No guest will be allowed on the premises unless told in advance. Tenet will have access to garage and will be allowed to park (one) vehicle. Room is not furnished. Utilities will be split. Will go through background check.
