Dave's room

We are looking to share our home by renting out a room of our 3BR house. The room is furnished with with a queen bed, desk and chair, smart TV(access to Netflix and other applications but no cable), a chest and a walking closet. Rent includes utilities and one off-street parking space. The home is located in the Burncoat neighborhood and the bus stop is right around the corner. To move in you need first, last and $500 security deposit.

We are two hispanic males(married couple). We are very sociable and outgoing, but we don’t smoke or drink and expect the same. We like to keep our home clean and organized. We both work during the week. One of us is bilingual(Spanish/English) and the other only speaks Spanish, so we are looking for a bilingual roommate that we can both interact with no language barrier.
