Tamerlane Drive

The apartment has two floors. The apartment is large with a living room and kitchen on the first floor and three bedrooms on the second. One garage parking is included and street parking is available. One room is available starting 6/20/2019. I couldn’t take a picture of the available room because the current occupant is still fixing her things prior to leaving. All occupants are Glendale Community College students. It’s in a nice neighborhood close to a park, many restaurants, whole foods, Ralphs, etc. It has a balcony and private closets for each occupant. The room is not furnished, must bring her own bed and whatever furniture you’d like. The common living room and the kitchen are fully furnished. A flat screen tv will soon be put up. Please don’t hesitate to ask me about anything.

I share the bigger room with my roommate. She plays basketball for GCC and I’m part of the campus’ Scholars program. Shell be heading back to Italy for the summer. The other two occupants are from Japan. One will be staying until the end of July and the other is moving out by next week. We never had any issues with each other and we would very much like to continue this with any of our future roommates.
