About the room
The apartment complex is beautiful, spacious, vivacious and safe. It’s 2 blocks from a large grocery store, a few blocks from various bars and restaurants (including one in the building) and convenient for those who need easy access to NYC. We have a private shuttle that picks up from the Hoboken PATH and drops off right at the doors of the complex! The building has wonderful amenities – access to the pool, fitness center, rooftop, lounge, free parking on the street and shuttle service.
The room has a walk-in closet, private bathroom and plenty of space. The apartment has a nice balcony overlooking the pool. Roommate in the other room is super laid back. Great guy and very easy to get along with.
WILL NOT BE FURNISHED. I am moving out on the 8th, taking the couch, TV, bed and balcony furniture with me. Current roommate will replace at some point, but not sure how far into July that will happen.
Cost includes wifi and utilities.
