The town home consists of two bedrooms and 2 and 1/2 bathrooms with a balcony and fireplace,located on the west side in a very quiet area with lots of trees around it, the Apartment complex itself is extremely quiet and everyone is really nice

Im looking for a female roomie that likes/enjoys cats since I have one living with me. Preferably someone relatively quiet, clean, trustworthy, responsible and overall communicative. The room would be available until mid November but we can figure out a tour day once that date gets closer. I speak both English and Spanish fluently
