Furnished queen sized room in a nice 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom house on a quiet cul de sac in Grand Lagoon Shores II neighborhood. Saltwater pool, grill area, and lots of outdoor space. Nicely appointed kitchen and home furnishings. Driveway parking spot. Shared bathroom, but only 1 roommate so hardly used by anyone else, except when hosting occasional visitors.

I am a recent widow in my 40’s, looking to find a respectful and responsible roommate. I have a dog and have occasional visitors. I like to host friends in the backyard pool area for bbq’s. There is a 3rd bedroom in the house, so having visiting guests is an option to be arranged.
