Light-filled Pentagon City apartment (~1100sq ft) with a fantastic view of the Potomac and DC skyline. 7-8 minute walk to both Pentagon and Crystal City metros and around 10 minute walk to the VRE. You would have a private room and balcony, along with access to a small balcony off the main room. Main areas are fully furnished, but not the bedroom. You would have a bathroom essentially all to yourself but it also the guest bathroom since it is not an en-suite. Main area includes living room, dining area, and the kitchen, all with wood-style flooring. There is a decent sized hallway closet that can be used for some storage. Near pentagon city mall, long bridge park and Whole Foods. The building has a gym, indoor pool, and skydeck, and management has always been super responsive. This would be a new lease signing and must be willing to sign on for 12 months.
