Bailey's room

I have two (unfurnished) rooms for rent in my fully furnished home. Looking to rent each room out to one person, for $1,050 each. This includes all utilities (internet, gas, electric, etc.). There is parking on the driveway (one car per room).

This home is in Folsom, on a nice court, with a large park at the end of the court and walking distance to the Palladio. Close to bike trails, shopping, food, gyms, etc. Prime spot in Folsom!

My home has all new furniture & appliances - obviously the rooms come with access to everything in the communal spaces of the home & backyard.

A dog will be considered on a case by case basis! I have one 40lb male dog and would just need to make sure any new dog gets along with mine. I’m a total dog person, so this is something I’m open to.

I am a 29 year old female. I am the homeowner and I’m looking to share my home with two respectful, responsible & cleanly individuals. I enjoy doing things at home, going to sleep somewhat early, going to the gym daily, spending time with my friends/family, hiking, etc. I am easy to get along with, cleanly & I keep to myself but would love to make friends with my new roommate(s) if the feeling is mutual!
