I am renting out a bedroom (or 2!) bedrooms in his brand new house in a nice, upscale neighborhood in Erie with a community pool.

2 bedrooms and one full bath available in this big, open, light filled, 3 bedroom home.

$1100/month for a single person or someone with kids taking both rooms OR $500 for the small room and $600 for the large room (then the bathroom would be shared).

First & last months rent plus deposit (one months rent) to move in.

My 3 kids come over to the house for meals a few times a week, but they dont stay overnight. Its a kid centered home, tho! Lots of toys!

The house is 20 minutes to Boulder, 5 minutes to I-25 (then 20 more to Denver).

Erie is a sweet little town tucked behind Boulder between Longmont & Lafayette, Close to Arvada, Westminster, Lafayette, Broomfield, Denver, etc…

All utilities included (including internet) and you have really easy access to the washer/dryer, which is adjacent to the bathroom.

I am pretty clean. I love to sit down for a good talk about NPR news or the brain-every once in a while, but mainly I keep to myself pursuing solitary intellectual passions.
