Shallowford Trace Apartments in Hamilton Place. This unit is 2 bed/2 bath and your room is the “master” with the bathroom inside your room. Large walk-in closet! Quiet complex with pool, gym, and small dog park. Hammocks everywhere within the complex!
$800 includes all rent, utilities, & internet🔥 Bedroom is Not furnished. I’ve been using it as a guest room so there’s an air mattress in the pics which helps to show the size of the room :)
The complex will require an application and background check which has a $50 fee. Lease ends March 2023 which can be renewed :)
About the roomies
I’m female with 1 dog who gets along with other dogs :) I like to go to concerts/festivals, and be out in nature 🤙 chill vibes at home to unwind from work and life. I’m pretty laid back and expect mutual respect in the common areas. If you have a dog let’s have a pup play date and see if they get along! ✨
