(Unfurnished) Includes a few cool amenities: •Brand new washer and dryer •Keyless entry •Smart home set up •Safe parking areas, (they hire a security company to watch everyone’s cars). •24 Hours Fitness center •Heated swimming pool •24 Hours game room (pool, ping pong, etc.)
All utilities are included except electric, which is usually only $50 to $100 a per month.

About the roomies
My name is Gabriel and I’m just 19 🇧🇷 looking for a roommate to alleviate my rent. I live by myself but I am a very social person, therefore I always have friends/family over to hangout. I work from home so you’ll always see me around. Rent is a little expensive but it’s worth it. Apartment is really nice and very luxurious, you’re close to anything you need and about 12 minutes from Downtown Orlando. I need someone clean and organized because that is just the way I am. I don’t like a messy house!
