Jesse's room

The house is in a good neighborhood in Laguna by Laguna Creek Highschool off Big Horn BLVD. The back/front yards are nothing special but is there. There is a garage used for storage, working out, and hanging out. Two stories, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, family room, kitchen. Washer, dryer, and fridge to use, AC/heater, all that good stuff (my TV is mounted in the living room and we have a couch, etc.). Utilities average around $100 per month per person. It’s a great, small/medium sized house for students and young professionals without kids who need some cheaper rent.

1st month would not be a full month (starting on the 7th of July) and so the rent/utilities would be prorated (only 75%) We are a mix of straight men and women and gay men. We’re looking for one more person to take the last room in a sublease type deal. We are younger (mid 20’s) and fairly social. We are not extremely loud but we are people who like to have a good time. Some of us are home more than others but it is by no means a madhouse. We clean cooperatively and we are all chill with each other. We would be looking for someone who is easy to get along with in a roommate sense and who we could count on for rent, cleaning, and politeness and respect. Our lease ends in January and so we would prefer someone who would want to stay until then. Let me know if you’re interested :)
