I am the landlord and occupy the master bedroom and my office/den. I am 33 years old and have strong biblical principles and attend and serve in my church frequently. I do love to have company over from time to time especially whiskey nights with the boys. I am very cleanly and expect my roomate to pick up after himself as well. I do not mind people over just not past 10pm on the weekdays. I work mostly from home.

I will expect my roomate to follow all house rules including no woman over the house between 11pm - 8am.
