University Street

3-bedroom home across the street from University of Redlands - 1 room with private bathroom available for rent. Great neighborhood, easy walking, close to the train, etc. House is already furnished including fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, etc. Living spaces will be shared and are already furnished. The house has an adorable vintage kitchen, clean carpet, new flooring, and a large backyard with a covered patio and grass area.

Currently, it’s just me, one working professional in her 30s living here. I do have a partner that is frequently present. I am social with friends (they come over once a week, socializing outside of the house otherwise) but usually pretty introverted at home. I spend most of my spare time prepping things for my classroom (I teach elementary school), doing crafts, gardening outside, watching something, or reading. One small dog (adorable & hypoallergenic), Percy, lives here already. According to my lease, no other pets allowed (although if you have paperwork for a service animal - small dog or cat, that might work). My pup, Percy, is quick to make friends though and would love to be friends with you. :)
