The Property: It is a 2bed/2bath condo located in a gated community in Old East Dallas with an in unit washer & dryer. You’ll be a 5min drive to Uptown, Downtown, Old East Dallas, and Lower Greenville which offers plenty of restaurants, bars, etc. 15min to Dallas Love Field or 30min to DFW airport. Living room has a 65-inch TV, 72“ sofa with ottoman. Kitchen is fully stocked with essentials. I like to keep the common areas clean, so please expect to keep the kitchen clean including dishes.
Parking: Benefit from covered parking within a gated community
Utilities: Split equally includes 500 MB Internet, Water, Electricity and Trash - Estimated to come out to $90 -$125 per person per month. Usually closer to the higher range during the summer months.
