The view out back and the creek rambling is so peaceful as is community. 3 level townhome with lots of space in lower level private entrance including large living space, bedroom, bathroom, garage, every level temp controlled and more. Centrally located not far from downtown, airport, Brentwood/Franklin.

Mission driven for the non-profit I work for as Director of Operations and my kiddos which are well not so young anymore. I love music, arts, and my space. Took a major pay cut to do what I love and this place is simply more than I can afford and so love the location. Recently had a roomate for the first time in 26 years and it was nice to support one another when I’d had to go out of town, meals (I love to cook), a friendly face. However, I do like my space and solitude some times and there is plenty here.
