My roommate and I are looking for a female roommate to take over the a room in 4 bedroom/2 full bath home in Wheat Ridge. The home is a 4 bedroom but we are only allow to have 3 people living in the home. My roommate use the spare bedroom as an extra storage/extra closest space. We are both young professional females that enjoy being out doors and having fun. We both keep a clean house and like our alone/quiet time as well as movie wine nights at home!

A little about the home;

-Private Driveway, plenty street parking and cover car port that has an attached shed(we do not park under it due to the shed). -Outdoor storage shed. -Open Living/dining area. -Great Backyard space(the backyard is perfect for yard games!) -New water heater. -Washer/Dryer. -Big kitchen. -A/C and Heat. -Tri-level home. Two bedrooms with one bath upstairs and two bedrooms with one bath downstairs. -Quiet/great neighbors. -Security System. -WiFi. -Law maintenance and snow removal/water/sewage is all included in rent. -Bill range from $80 to $100 per month.

Roommate requirements;

-No cigarette Smokers. -We do not mind if you smoke weed, just not in the house. Outside only. -No party animals(as both my roommate and I work full time, we do enjoy a glass of wine/cocktail every now and then though). -No pets (huge bummer but our landlord does not allow them). -Must be respectful to our stuff and our schedules. -Must be able to pay rent on time. -Must be able to sign a year lease.
