The living space is in a gated community, with amenities like a gym, pool, small movie theater, car wash, etc.

There are two shared bathrooms mostly for roommates (you). One has a shower, the other does not. There are other shared areas such as the living room, kitchen, balcony, etc. Everyone gets their designated cabinets, as well.

The utilities are included including gas, light, and fast wifi.

Deposit refundable at the end of your term.
