So far its me. I am looking for 2 roommates. Its a nice size home in Lakewood. Washer and dryer in home. Full access to living room laundry and kitchen. Great neighborhood for sure. Close to grocery stores mall colleges and fwys. Nice backyard and am becoming a greenthumb…plenty of parking. Central air and heat. I dont have pets but am ok with a small dog (house broken of course). Rent is 1050 and the deposit is 1100. I am looking for fulltime roommate. either fulltime at work or fulltime in school..the room is unfurnished so you can do what you like within reason. My rules are simple., considerate, clean and no drama. No parties but a get together here and there is fine.Make a mess clean it up type of gal. Message me with questions.
