Hi! My name is Audrey, and I’m looking for someone to take over my room for my 2bd/2ba apartment in Springfield, VA. I have lived here for a couple of years and love it!

The available room has its own large walk-in closet. The bathroom is very spacious, including a full size tub and large sink/vanity with tons of storage.

The apartment is gorgeous, newly renovated, and has brand new appliances, cabinets, vinyl wood flooring (common areas), carpet (bedrooms), & tiled bathrooms. The community is gated, but parking is free. It also offers various amenities such as a fire pit, multiple grills, and other outdoor areas, and I love living here!

Trash is a valet service; there’s an outdoor pool, gym, fitness center, business center, and two dog parks.

This luxury apartment is in an amazing location (right across from Springfield Town Center). Everything you could ever need is within a 10 minute drive and most things are even within a 10 minute walk, including the Springfield metro stop!

Since I locked in an amazing price when I applied during peak Covid rates (when apartments were way cheaper), the renewal rate was way lower, so the total rent is $2113. The same floor plan is now going for $2800! Let me know if you’re interested by texting 5seven1five9five8zero5five.
