Looking to rent a room, it’s an attic room , so you will be in another floor which will allow some privacy. It’s a two family home , with people living on the first floor. So the noise needs to be kept to a minimum during the week as one of them works overnights. Looking for someone who is calm, and clean. I have a small dog and a cat . Living room cable will be included in the rent, and water ; we would split PSE&G bill.
