Kalmia Avenue

Kalmia Manor is our little condo in Aspen Grove, my current roommate Evelyn is moving out of state and I’m looking to resign the lease with someone new.

The property has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a kitchen, living room, and sizable balcony. All floors except the kitchen are carpeted. Since we’ve been living here for a year the place is well furnished already. I don’t have a floor plan but the whole space is roughly 950 sq ft

We’re 10 minute away from Pearl street, and I can bike most places in Boulder when the weather is good.

The bedroom I’m looking to fill is the smaller of the two and will account to a discount in rent, but I could be open to swapping rooms when you move in.

Perks include:

• Built in washer/dryer
• The complex has a pool, hot tub, sauna, and grilling areas
• Dog park! Lots of dogs in the complex in general
• A reserved parking spot, and another parking lot with visitor spots right next to the condo

The lease allows animals with the consent of the landlord

Hello! I’m a recent CU Alum doing software engineering work in Boulder. I’ve been enjoying summer by biking around town, hiking, and tubing in the creek.

I like to keep things relatively neat and spend time working and lounging in communal spaces. I am fairly social and like spending time with my roommates and hosting for our mutual friends.
