Its a 2 bedroom apartment, I am using one of the bedroom, other one is completely vacant. Room is available from 1st of July
I have extra bed and table and I can furnish the other room or you can bring in your own furniture. I also have all the furniture for living room and dining area.
I like to keep my apartment pet free and smoke free. No drugs or any kind of control substance is allowed at all. Want someone who is looking for something long term.
Rent per month $800 plus $50 for utilities Total = $850 including utilities.
About the roomies
I am a 24 year old and I work from 8 to 8 so you wont see me during the day time usually. I am chill about everything, need someone who loves cleanliness and can keep apartment clean with me.
