Newly constructed house in a gated community. Very close to the 180 highway ramp. My boyfriend and I are looking to rent out a room on the upper level, and a bathroom. The bathroom will be shared with another renter, but there is also another bathroom downstairs. You are welcome to use the laundry living room and kitchen. You will also be given access to the community pool. The room is not furnished. There will be a application fee of $50 as well as security deposit of $950.
My boyfriend and I will be living on the property, in the master room. He is gone for work most of the time. I go to Fresno State and work every now and then.
