Small dog is ok, cat ok if well-mannered and de-clawed. No kids, no smoking inside or outside. I have well-behaved terrier mix, furnished home and full kitchen. You will have unfurnished master bedroom downstairs and access to living area, kitchen, patio and amenities. Must have $300 deposit and pass background screen by management company. $50 application fee(It’s actually $100, but I’ll split with you after completion).
