Hi, This is a cute, quiet 1927 courtyard apartment that you’ll have to yourself most of the time. Lower level, bright private bedroom available. Shared kitchen/dining room and bathroom, but again I’m not there very much.The bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished. There is a queen size bed and a dresser atm. I have 2 cats but we have a place at the beach that we stay at most of the time. There is permitted street parking, I’ll get you a parking pass if you need one. There are 11 other units in this sweet building. 3 months minimum. I’m looking for someone who probably wants to stay longer than 3 months, but not someone who wants to settle down for many years. I’ve lived in this lovely home since 1994. I absolutely LOVE it, just enjoying the beach so much lately, its hard to leave. I know … poor me ‘) I’m pretty quiet and stay to myself a lot. Home is my sanctuary. I stay healthy and meditate daily before my morning beach run. I am a wroter of books, a dance-a-holic, mucic. photography and animal lover. This place can only have one roommate with no pets, sorry ’)
