We have a decent size room available for rent in a house we own that’s 3 bedroom and 2 bath. It can come furnished or unfurnished as we do have an extra bed and dresser if needed. Has a good size closet as well. Unfortunately you do have to share a bathroom with 1 other person.

And instead of security deposit we are asking for last months rent due at move in would be 1600$

There are 3 of us here. Ages range between 24-27. Me and my husband and one of his best friend in another bedroom. We do have 4 dogs that are all super friendly! Unfortunately we will not accept anyone with pets unless it’s like a reptile/pocket pet. We are all very outgoing and all work from about 7am to 4pm. Your more then welcome to invite some guest over if you give us a heads up as we do have bbqs quite often. We also have a community pool and spa. As well as a little park! Walking distance to cal state San Bernardino! Ralph’s, stater bros, Walmart, Starbucks, McDonald’s, Carl’s Jr. etc. cute and quite little neighborhood!
