Broadway East

Hi! I just moved to Seattle and I am trying to find a roommate to take the other bed/bathroom in this 2bed/2bath apartment in Capitol Hill. The living room/kitchen is fully furnished/equipped (no tv yet but im workin on it). There is also a washer/dryer that gets factored into utilities (no quarters!). As for the location, the apartment on the 3rd floor and it looks out onto the corner of Broadway and John. It is literally across the street from the Capitol Hill Link station and Cal Anderson Park. It’s also surrounded by a bunch of great places to eat (too many to name). Ideally, move in asap, but please move in by July.

I am a recent college graduate who just moved here from Boston. I also love to bike, cook, and play/produce music.
