Ascension Drive

I’m looking for a roommate to finish my lease with! Lease runs until next July. The apartment is located in West Asheville in The Meadows apartment complex, about a 5 minute drive from Haywood Street. The room itself is unfurnished, but the common areas are fully furnished and include a decent-sized kitchen, a fireplace, appliances, a balcony, and a washer and dryer in the apartment. Utilities are not included; power typically runs around $70-$90 and internet is $45. The room is also the master bedroom with its own en suite bathroom. The complex has 2 pools, a dog park, tennis courts, a gym, and plenty of parking.

I’m a recent graduate from UNCA that works as a tutor for the YMCA. My current roommate is moving out due to medical struggles and I need someone to fill the room. I prefer direct and calm communication, i.e. please no passive aggressive notes or screaming matches. I’m hoping to find someone around my age who has stable employment.
