Right in the heart of the North Hollywood Arts District, with bars, restaurants and coffee shops in easy walking distance! Great location, friendly neighbors, totally fine apartment building!

This is the master bedroom, and it has a walk-in closet and private en suite bathroom.

I’m a freelance commercial director guy whose roommates are leaving for greener pastures. I’m very considerate of other people’s space and common space. I mostly work from home but travel regularly for shoots. I have a scrappy little terrier mix who’s part of the package too. [He’s well behaved and completely house trained and spends most of his time in my room.] A nice, weird little dog!
