Walking distance to University of Redlands, one mile to Downtown Redlands and 10 minute drive to Loma Linda University. Its a cozy 2bed/2bath apartment; with nice social area and large balcony. You will have access to the kitchen, I hardly ever cook - just keep it clean and to most of the social area; indoor laundry. Your will have your own private bathroom w/bathtub/shower. Room has a closet; furniture includes: nice queen bed frame with 4 spacious drawers underneath, bookcase, desk/chair and little TV stand. Mattress is available also if you want it. Professional or serious student preferred. Water, Trash, internet & Netflix included. Electricity & Gas you are responsible for portion of it. No cable.

I am a professional, respectful female that appreciates a quiet, positive, neat space. No crazy parties, no overnight stays, no smoking, no drugs, no DRAMA. I really dislike frozen air conditioning areas, so if you like it COLD, this is not the place for you. I use mine sporadically and have fans around.
