Located in very nice neighborhood off of Hwy 468 in Brandon . Will have furnished bedroom and own bathroom. Can also have 2nd bedroom to use as a sitting room/office. Second bedroom only has a writing desk and chair. Will have full access to the kitchen and some cabinet, pantry, and refrigerator space. Will also have access to laundry room.

I am a widowed mature female looking for a non-smoker mature female roommate. Preferably someone who works full-time away from home . I like cleanliness so you will be required to clean up after yourself. Must love dogs but have NO pets because I have 2 small and 1 large very friendly dogs.
