I have two rooms available! The second biggest for 1,400 a month and the smallest room for 1,295 per month! Location is in a really safe part of LA, in downtown Glendale! There is a washer and dryer in unit and the apartment has many other amenities such as a gym and hot tub. Each room has a private bathroom! The unit is extremely beautiful with an amazing view of the mountains! Such a peaceful spot for creatives!
