South Lamar Boulevard

The property is in South Austin and the community is called Bell South Lamar. It is 2 miles from downtown and is in a prime location surrounded by bars, cafes, and restaurants. It’s still close enough to the city but you get enough space from it to experience the weird/chill South Austin vibe. Close to Zilker, Barton Springs, and Hiking belts. The community itself has an onsite gym, pool, mail rooms, etc.

I moved to Austin from New York taking advantage of remote work. I wanted to explore a new town and wanted to see if I could see myself making Austin my permanent home. Now that I am feeling settled, I’d like to upgrade my apartment to a 2 bed 2 bath and am looking for a roomie. I’m easygoing, work at cafes during the day, like to keep my space tidy/clean and like taking advantage of the great outdoor scene Austin has to offer.
