Hi I have a 3 bedrooms apt. My other roommates r moving out in November or sooner. ALL ROOMS COME UNFURNISHED!!!!! 2 bedroom available. Im not rlly home that much. I work and go out. I have a master bedroom that u have to pay 1,045 and it’s private bath. That’s without ulites. Our rent is 2,835. Or there another private room that has a shared bathroom It’s in Folsom. The falls at willow creek. We just gotta pass the income check. Which is 3x our rent. Our lease is up in end of November. Unless we break the lease early. But it’s mainly up in November. It’s upstairs place as well. If ur interested contact me and I can send u pics. You also must pass the credit check and rental history beforehand. I work full time as well and have guest over. All the rooms will come unfurnished 2. Our utilities r between $30-40. We split utilities as well. And wifi is $60 but split between 3 people it’s $20. Great location! Near shopping malls,and we have a trail behind our apt of u like walking! Our apartment offers 24/7 security and 2 pools and 1 hot tub. Tennis and basketball courts
