Newer neighborhood. East side of Orlando. Close to everywhere. Family home. Private bedroom/bathroom - only one on the first floor.
About the roomies
Myself, two kids and a German Shepard. Mostly stay upstairs. House is kept clean. Usually quiet. Very easy going.
Family home. Must be female. No drugs, easy on the drinking (children in the home), no couples. Just looking for a responsible individual who’ll be mutually respectful and trustworthy.
Unfurnished but there is a working TV mounted in the room. Fridge space in 2nd fridge in garage closest to the room. Cabinet space in kitchen. Access to laundry room on 2nd floor.
