Included: All utilities, 1 parking spot, 2 gyms, 2 pools, club house, and you will have your own bed and bath on the 5th floor. No worries there is an elevator. You will have to supply your own bedroom furniture. Only 15 minutes from north end (if there’s no traffic of course 😋). Very conveniently located to stores and shopping.

Once we start chatting I will send you the apartment website for you to check out. I can get pictures of the main living spaces but my current roommate is still in the room so I don’t want to take pictures of the actual room until she is out to be respectful

About me! I’m 26 years old and new to Boston. I moved here for a job in April. I love to chill in my room and read but I also like to have game nights! I like to cook and bake sometimes but I also love trying new restaurants. I like going out occasionally but my people meter gets full quick. I would love to have a roommate who is a friend as well! I have two dogs who are the best. They aren’t loud but they love kisses and cuddles.

What I’m looking for:

• Someone who is tidy and clean. Keep the shared spaces tidy. (Put your shoes up, rinse and put the dishes in the dishwasher after using them, don’t leave messes, pick up after yourself daily, etc.)
• Someone who likes to keep the temp around 68 (70max) during the summer
• Someone who doesn’t have company over 24/7 (sometimes is totally fine)
• This obviously isn’t a must but I would love to have a roomie who loves my dogs and wouldn’t mind taking care of them if I have long weekend or a work trip.
