Looking for a housemate (just 1 person) Currently 3 housemates, and myself in the house, we are all professional and respectful housemates, most of us are software engineers, ages between 23 to 38.
Very safe, secure and upscale neighborhood. Easy access to major highways. Close to restaurants, lakes, parks, and nightlife, 3 minutes away from Toyota Music Factory, 12 minutes away from Downtown Dallas and 10 minutes away from DFW Airport. Two large living rooms/common areas. High-Speed Internet and Pool Table, Washer & Dryer available and big backyard with grill. No pets.
The room includes the following furniture: Bed/Mattress, Bedside table, and Dresser.
Rent is $1100/month Includes bills/utilities (High-Speed Internet, Electricity, Gas, Water)
The housekeeping lady comes every month for deep cleaning for the whole house.
The room will be available for move-in on August 1st.
